"Ended up being a solid order"
I grabbed a couple boxes from paniniamerica.net kind of on a whim, mostly because I’d been meaning to open something new for a while. Shipping and the pack presentation were all normal, nothing looked tampered with or off. I was expecting at least a few small flaws since I’ve had a tiny issue in the past, but once I started going through the cards, they were actually in really nice shape. Corners looked sharp, I didn’t notice any weird print lines, and everything felt cleaner than I expected. So yeah, the QC seems like it’s gotten better lately, and I’m happy with how it turned out

"Awesome Cards, But the Shipping Nearly Destroyed Me"
The cards were really nice and the pulls were super fun, so I was happy once they finally showed up. But wow, the delivery took forever. I was checking the tracking like it was a matter of national security. Great for collectors, just be prepared to dramatically stare out the window for a while.

They did get back to me eventually, which I appreciated, but I expected the updates to be a bit more specific. A couple of messages were vague, and I had to follow up twice just to understand what was going on. Not a terrible experience, but I was hoping for better communication.

I had a redemption with Panini and it did eventually get fulfilled, so I’ll give them credit for that. But the whole process was more stressful than I expected. The wait felt long, and the updates were really hit or miss, so I kept checking my account over and over just to see if anything had changed. The card did arrive safely and looks fine, which is the main thing, but I really wish the process had been clearer and less of a guessing game. Not terrible, but definitely not great either.

"Queue messed up my plans"
I like the drops and they can be fun, but the queue feels kind of random sometimes. I set aside time for one and had my plans worked around it, only to end up stuck with a spot that didn’t feel fair at all. Super frustrating when you’re trying to be ready and it still feels like luck decides everything.

My order arrived with one of the items damaged, which was frustrating. I reached out to support, and from their tone, I got the impression they were willing to help, but maybe a little backed up or slow to respond. They did end up replacing it, but it took longer than I expected and I had to follow up once to keep things moving. It was taken care of in the end, just not as smooth or easy as I hoped.

"Missing Item, But They Made It Right"
When my order from paniniamerica.net showed up, I was excited to open it, but then I realized one item was missing. I figured it might turn into one of those annoying back-and-forth situations, so I messaged support feeling a little worried. A couple days later, they got back to me and asked for my order details and some photos of the package. Once I sent everything over, they took care of it and shipped out the missing item without arguing or giving me the runaround. It wasn’t instant, but they were fair about it and kept me updated enough along the way. In the end, it all worked out, and I’d feel comfortable ordering from them again...

I’ve ordered from paniniamerica a few times now, and overall I’ve been happy with the value. The prices seem fair compared to other places I looked, and everything I got showed up in good condition. The only thing is, I think I just had some bad timing with when I ordered, because a couple things I wanted were either gone or took a bit longer than I expected. Not really blaming them too much for that, though. For the quality and what you get, it still feels worth it. Checkout was simple too, so I’d definitely order again.

"Refund showed up way too late"
I did eventually get my refund, so at least that part worked out. But the timing was really frustrating, it took longer than I expected, and of course it came through when I actually needed it earlier. Just wish the return process had been quicker.

Most of the things I was looking for were available, which was nice. Just from the overall vibe, I got the impression they usually keep things well stocked. I didn’t find absolutely everything, but it was close enough that I left satisfied.

"Okay site, but a bit clunky"
I mean, the pages loaded fine for me, so that wasn’t really an issue. But actually finding what I was looking for took more clicks than I expected, which got a little annoying. Checkout worked okay too, I guess, it just didn’t feel as smooth as it could have overall.

I checked it over for a couple minutes after it arrived, and it looked good. No dents or scratches that I could find, maybe after looking it over from about 3 or 4 different angles. Happy with the condition.

"Replacement card arrived, but the wait was frustrating"
I sent in for a replacement card, and it did get taken care of. It just took longer than I expected, and because there weren’t many updates, I wasn’t really sure what was going on. The card arrived fine in the end, but a clearer and faster process would’ve made the whole thing less stressful

"Good rewards, but kind of hit or miss"
I’ve used the Panini rewards program a handful of times, and it’s been a mixed bag for me. On the good side, it’s always nice when you actually pull points, and there are definitely some decent cards to choose from, like rookies, parallels, autos, and random older stuff you forgot even existed. But the better cards seem to disappear super fast, kind of like when a popular hobby box sells out, or when a restock hits and is gone before you even refresh the page. Shipping also took longer than I expected, not crazy terrible, but long enough that I kept checking the tracking like, “Is this thing moving or what?” The site can be clunky too, with pages loading weird, filters not feeling super helpful, and the whole thing just not being as smooth as apps or shops I’m used to. It’s not awful, and I’ll probably still use it when I get points, but I do wish they updated the rewards more often, kept more cards in stock, and made the whole process feel a little less dated.

I ordered some cards and they showed up way faster than I expected. The tracking updated just fine too, so I wasn’t left wondering where my order was. I’m happy with how quick and easy the whole thing was, though if shipping ever starts slipping, I’d probably have to look somewhere else

"Customer service took their time"
I had to wait a few days before customer service finally got back to me. To be fair, they did answer my question in the end, but they could’ve been quicker about it. It wasn’t awful or anything, just kind of average and a little frustrating.

"Pretty Okay Overall"
It was okay, honestly. I didn’t hate it, but I also wasn’t sitting there thinking, wow, this is amazing. It did what it needed to do, I guess, and part of me was like, yeah, that’s fine. Nothing really stood out in a big way, but it wasn’t a bad experience either.
